Pricing

I provide a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your needs and assess the scope of the work. This allows me to create a package tailored specifically to you.

By the hour

This rate is ideal for ad hoc and smaller tasks.

 

Pay at the end of the month for the hours worked. Time is tracked and will be rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. You will receive a time report with your monthly invoice.

This is a flexible service with no ongoing commitment.

Retainer

Book a set number of hours per month, starting from a minimum of 8 hours.

 

Payment is in advance of the work commencing and invoiced monthly.

 

The benefit of this option is being guaranteed the number of hours that you require every month.​

Retainers are reviewed monthly to ensure you receive the most optimal service tailored to your needs.

Project

It can sometimes be easier to set a fixed price for a particular project.

 

During our consultation, we’ll assess the requirements of the project and decide together whether an hourly rate or fixed price is appropriate.​

Payment Terms

 

Rates and Invoicing:

  • Services are billed at an agreed hourly rate or a fixed package price.

  • Time is tracked in increments of 15 minutes, and detailed time reports are included with each invoice.

  • Any additional costs incurred for example, postage, courier, telephone charges, will be shown on the invoice or invoiced separately to the client as ‘Additional Expenses’.

  • Retainer payments are invoiced 5 days before the initial contract start date and then monthly thereafter.

  • A deposit of 50% is required upfront before ad-hoc services commence.

Payment Schedule:

  • Invoices are issued weekly or monthly, depending on the service agreement.

  • Payments are due within 7 days from the invoice date.

Payment Methods:

  • Payments can be made by bank transfer, if you need to pay via other means then please advise on your first consultation call.

Late Payment Policy:

  • Late payments incur a 5% late fee per day beyond the due date.

  • If payment is delayed beyond 14 days, services may be paused until the account is brought current.

Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice for scheduled tasks. Failure to provide notice may result in charges for the missed time.

  • Refunds are not available for hours already worked or services already rendered, nor can hours be carried over to the following month.

  • In the event of a contract being cancelled/terminated, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to that point.

Currency and Taxes:

  • Payments are made in GBP, and clients are responsible for any applicable transaction fees or taxes.

Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes regarding invoices or services must be raised within 5 business days of receiving the invoice.
